Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Revolution Report (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects on revolutionreport.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. Revolution Report is run by Rakib Sarwar.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you leave a comment or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and tools record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookies section below.

How we use information

  • To run, secure and improve the website, including spam detection on comments.
  • To reply to your messages and process requests to access or delete your data.
  • To measure which pages are useful, using aggregated analytics.
  • To show advertising and to earn affiliate commissions, as described below.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use them for these purposes:

  • Essential: keeping the site working, security, and remembering your cookie choices.
  • Comments: if you tick the box when commenting, your name, email and website are saved in cookies for one year so you do not have to retype them.
  • Analytics: we may use tools such as Jetpack Stats or Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site in aggregate.
  • Advertising and affiliate: described in the next two sections.

Where the law requires it (for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising

We display, or may display, advertising from third parties, including Google AdSense.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
  • To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Advertisers do not receive your name or email address from us.

Affiliate links and Amazon Associates

Revolution Report is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

When you click an Amazon link on our site, Amazon may set cookies on your device so it can credit us if you buy. Amazon handles your data under its own Privacy Notice. We do not receive your Amazon account details or purchase information. More detail is on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Comments, Gravatar and embedded content

When you leave a comment, we collect the data in the comment form, your IP address and your browser’s user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public next to your comment.

Pages may include embedded content such as videos or social posts. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website and may collect data, set cookies and track your interaction with it.

How long we keep data

Comments and their metadata are kept until we delete them, so that follow-up comments can be recognized. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of corrections or requests. Server and analytics logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents may also opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can do that through the cookie settings link in the footer or Google Ads Settings above. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and third-party sites

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our pages link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
